Shifts

• Am: 6am-6PM
• PM: 6pm-6AM
• $1.00/hour shift differential for nights
• Sign-On Incentive: Earn an additional $2.00/hour sign-on bonus
• Paid out over up to 1 year of employment
• The longer you stay, the more you earn — because commitment deserves reward.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional, compassionate care to our residents
• Aid with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Promote dignity, safety, and comfort
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Communicate changes in condition to the nursing team
• Be a trusted, dependable presence in our residents’ daily lives

What You’ll Need

• Active Illinois CNA License
• CPR Certification
• Strong communication skills
• Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
