As a CNA on our weekend shift, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service to our patients. Our facility is conveniently located within a mile of Geisinger Medical Center, and we are proud to be one of their few preferred partners in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Assist with vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, adhering to infection control guidelines
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient satisfaction and safety
