About the role
Join Henderson Health and Rehab — where compassion feels like family. We’re seeking compassionate, reliable CNAs to join our care team on the night shift (7 PM to 7 AM).
Responsibilities
- Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans.
- Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
- Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written, and electronic communications.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification for the state of Tennessee.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.

$2,500 sign-on bonus.
