$20–24 per hour (DOE)

Full-time, W2 employee
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aegis Healthcare, you will deliver exceptional home health and hospice care, ensuring patients receive compassionate support. Aegis provides a continuum of services—including Mobile Primary Care, Home Health, Palliative Care, Hospice, Outpatient Therapy, DME, and Medical Transport—to address diverse patient needs and enrich lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, and assistance with eating
- Monitor and report vital signs and notable patient behaviors to the medical team
- Assist with patient mobility, including transfers between wheelchairs and beds
- Routinely adjust patients’ positioning to prevent bedsores and enhance comfort
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience as a CNA (preferred)
- Ability to perform full-range movements for patient transfers
- Effective verbal and written communication and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license (clean record), reliable transportation, and current auto insurance/registration
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (assistance available)
- Current CPR certification (assistance available) and negative TB test (testing available)
