About the role
Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our skilled nursing neighborhood.
Responsibilities
- Delivers compassionate, high-quality care to residents within our skilled nursing neighborhood.
- Provides direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, etc.) while prioritizing resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
- Maintains a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Makes rounds to monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the licensed nursing staff to support proactive and personalized care.
- Assists with medication administration under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Participates in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and improve care delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Current CPR certification (or obtain within three months of employment)

Pay
$17.82 - $22.05 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
