Responsibilities

• Aid Residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout the shift.
• Support Residents with personal hygiene needs.
• Monitor Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Record Resident food and fluid intake.
• Support Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Resident's living areas.
• Transport Residents within the facility as needed.
• Collaborate with nurses and other staff members as required.
• Comply with professional standards and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
• Preserve the confidentiality of all Resident and Facility data.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant license from the state of New Jersey.
