About the role
Lutheran Sunset Ministries in Clifton, TX is looking for a caring, compassionate, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with personal hygiene, medication administration, and meal preparation.
- Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
- Document resident care in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements
- Must be certified as a CNA in good standing with the state.
- Ability to relate positively to residents and families.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
