Compensation
- \$20.00 - \$23.00 per hour based on experience
- Shift Differential: \$4.50 per hour (\$5.00 for weekends)
Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support the Children's Program. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma and certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, along with at least 3 years of CNA experience. This role involves providing quality medical care and direct support services to medically fragile children with developmental disabilities, fostering their development of independent and community living skills.

Schedule
8-hour shift - 3rd Shift (Overnights)
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 years CNA experience
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
