Overview

Make Every Moment Matter as a Hospice Aide (CNA/HHA)! Lighthouse Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA/HHA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands-on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personalized Care: Follow the carefully crafted plan of care to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients.
• Attend promptly to the requests of patients and their family/caregiver, offering compassionate and unwavering support.
• Afford Personal Care: Support patients with various personal care needs, including bathing, oral hygiene, changing bedding, clothing, and shampooing.
• Emphasize Exceptional Customer Service: Go above and beyond to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
• Impact Families: Share your knowledge and expertise, guiding and supporting patients' families in caring for their terminally ill loved ones.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: Ensure every detail is crucial in delivering high-quality care, both in the patient's home and within our agency and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) license OR a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in hospice or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Hospice experience a plus!
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.

Pay
