CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care services to clients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Aid clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients
• Follow all state regulations, company policies, and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing
• Minimum of 1–2 years of professional caregiving or clinical experience
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism at all times
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
