About the Role

You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, helping with daily living activities, monitoring patient conditions, and offering emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Perform vital signs and other clinical measurements as needed
• Assist with range of motion and other therapies as directed by therapists
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
• Participate in care conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Engage in ongoing education and training to maintain skills and knowledge
