About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Skyview Rehab and Nursing, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and offer emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, ambulating, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Connecticut
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay
