Certified Nursing Assistant

Are you a compassionate, dependable CNA who enjoys building meaningful relationships with seniors? At Shalom Parkside Senior Living, you will provide hands-on support while helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in a warm, home-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Support residents in maintaining independence while ensuring safety and comfort
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Provide reminders and assistance with meals, hydration, and daily routines
• Engage residents in social activities and meaningful interactions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ condition to the nurse or supervisor
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call systems
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state
• Experience in assisted living or senior care preferred
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to assist with lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods

Pay

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.17/hour (plus shift differentials as applicable) with access to daily pay
