Saratoga Medical is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant in Columbia, SC. This is a great contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Affords assistance with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Changes linens, transfers or transports patients as needed, and maintains a safe and sanitary environment.
• Follows established health, safety, and patient care procedures while delivering quality care in a correctional healthcare setting.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of assistive nursing procedures, sanitation, personal hygiene, and basic health and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Current BLS certification (including CPR, AED, and ventilation skills) preferred/required per facility guidelines
