About the role
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at Nuclear Care Partners deliver purpose-driven care to Atomic Heroes, individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. You'll play a vital role in supporting patients' quality of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes.
Compensation
- $16.00-$22.00/hr depending on experience
- $1/hr shift differential for nights and weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Aid with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
- Support meal preparation, nutrition support, and light housekeeping
- Maintain vigilance and report any changes in condition
- Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Active CNA certification in Colorado
- CPR certified
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
- Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred
