Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at Nuclear Care Partners deliver purpose-driven care to Atomic Heroes, individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. You'll play a vital role in supporting patients' quality of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes.

Compensation

• $16.00-$22.00/hr depending on experience
• $1/hr shift differential for nights and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Aid with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support, and light housekeeping
• Maintain vigilance and report any changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Active CNA certification in Colorado
• CPR certified
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred
