Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs
• Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and wound care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, progress, and concerns
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and dignity

Requirements

• Current Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with dignity and care
