Pay

$13.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Day and evening shifts available
• Monday–Friday options
• Weekends (rotating or as needed)

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful hands‑on care under RN/LPN supervision and a written plan of care
• Support daily living activities and independence (e.g., personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, community engagement, and transportation to appointments as assigned)
• Accurately document care and observations each shift in a timely, complete manner
• Collaborate with the supervising nurse and local office team to ensure quality care and service continuity

Requirements

• Active Mississippi CNA listed on the Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry (MSDH)
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance (role may include client transportation per care plan)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
