Overview

Make Every Moment Matter as a Hospice Aide (CNA)! Are you a caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact? Hearth Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team, providing hands-on care that brings comfort and dignity to patients at the end of life. Working closely with our nursing team, you’ll ensure each patient’s physical, emotional, and personal needs are met with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Holds current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting. Hospice exp a plus!
  • Possess and maintain current CPR certification if state-mandated
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.

Pay

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general posting guideline for the role and is not a fixed offer. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and the specific responsibilities of the position. The exact compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
