About the role
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are needed for night shift positions both full-time and part-time. Interviews are held on Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized care to residents
- Work closely with clinical and therapy teams to provide specialized services
- Ensure smooth and safe transitions during recovery
- Perform technical skills required of a nursing assistant
- Provide personal care such as bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
- Afford residents the opportunity to live a life full of purpose, celebration, and fulfillment
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant Certification per state requirements
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Compliant with state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
- Proficient in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
- Able to relate positively and favorably to residents and visitors
- Energetic, professional, and reliable
