About the role

We are seeking dynamic and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to help enrich the lives of our residents, making every day vibrant with beautiful smiles and tender care. As a dedicated CNA, you will use your energy, creativity, thoughtfulness, and skills to help our residents live a life full of purpose, celebration, and fulfillment through daily connections.

Responsibilities

• Keep residents safe by following proper infection control policies and procedures.
• Maintain a calm, “can-do” attitude under stress.
• Provide personal care including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning.
• Assist residents with looking and feeling their best while empowering them to function at their highest possible level.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification per state requirements.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliant with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements regarding criminal history.
• Proficient in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant.
• Able to relate positively and favorably to residents and visitors.
• Energetic, professional, and reliable.
