About the role
Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor patients' health status and report changes to supervising nurses.
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform basic medical procedures as directed by a physician or nurse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Completion of a Nurse Aide program meeting state and federal requirements.
- Current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers preferred.
- Prior CNA experience preferred.
