Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Assist with vital sign measurements and other medical procedures as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for residents and staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
