We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team!
Qualifications
- Current CNA in the state of Illinois
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs
- Take and record vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions
- Auxiliary with transfers, ambulation, and mobility using proper safety techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Keep resident rooms clean, organized, and comfortable
- Promote residents' independence while ensuring safety
- Follow all facility policies and state and federal regulations
