Job Summary
We are committed to providing the highest level of rehabilitation and skilled nursing in a post-acute setting. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
- Absorb and assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates
- Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records
- Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner
- Absorb and assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care
- Current CNA certification in Nebraska required
Salary
$17 - $20 HOURLY
