Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
- Aid in meal preparation, hydration, and nutritional needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Support residents in participating in activities and social programs to promote engagement and well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies.
- Uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff.
- Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering trust and comfort.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in Oklahoma.
- A genuine passion for caring for older adults and individuals with complex health needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliability, compassion, and patience in all interactions.
- Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.
