Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Centreville with hands-on experience in bathing, transferring, toileting, and incontinence care. This position is for caregivers available to work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (8 to 10 hours per day) and weekends (5 to 6 hours per day). Opportunities are also available in Gainesville, Manassas, and surrounding communities, as well as additional shifts for caregivers looking to expand their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence support
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility
• Support daily routines and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Provide companionship and attentive supervision
• Medication reminders and accurate documentation
• Transport clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Work comfortably in homes with pets (dogs)

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Virginia
• Proven experience with bathing, transfers, toileting, and incontinence care
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Comfortable working in homes with dogs
• CPR certification and negative TB screening
• Ability to pass a background check per Virginia regulations
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely
