About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents and join a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
• Assist with vital sign checks and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Support residents with mobility and ambulation, as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and respectful demeanor towards residents and colleagues

Schedule

• Full-Time Nights
• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
• Rotating weekends
