Responsibilities

• Assist patients with basic care activities, personal hygiene, daily living tasks (ADLs), and safe transfers or transport.
• Provide clinical support by assisting with physician-ordered procedures under RN supervision.
• Promptly report physical, mental, or emotional changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, orderly patient rooms and actively identify and respond to safety hazards or emergency situations.

Requirements

• Nurse Aide licensure/certification obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• BLS Provider certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Memory Care experience.

$18.44 - $23.86 per hour
