You'll work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that each resident receives the highest level of care and compassion. Essential Responsibilities Assist residents with meals, hydration, and feedingProvide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygieneAssist with ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and mobilityMonitor and record vital signs, weights, and intake/outputRespond promptly to call lights and resident needsObserve and report changes in resident condition to nursing staffMaintain accurate and timely documentationProtect resident privacy and maintain HIPAA complianceFollow all company policies and state/federal regulationsParticipate in ongoing education and training Qualifications Active, unrestricted Illinois CNA certificationCurrent CPR certification preferredAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishLong-term care experience preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs frequentlyAbility to perform physical and communication demands of resident careAbility to work in a moderate noise environment Ready to Make a Difference?
