Certified Nursing Assistant
Responsibilities
- Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks
- Aid with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Perform routine housekeeping duties
- Work collaboratively with the client’s health care team to monitor and report on any changes in the client’s condition
- Promote the positive image of Addus HomeCare as a leader in home care services
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One year experience in in-home care services or a valid high school diploma/GED
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test
