About the role

We are seeking certified nursing assistants who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a CNA, you will assist patients with daily activities, monitor their conditions, and report any changes to the care team. Your role will also involve assisting families during their health care journeys with love and compassion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene
  • Maintain patient records and report any changes in condition to the care team
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Follow infection control protocols

Requirements

  • Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant
  • At least 1 year of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively

Qualifications

  • A heart to serve patients and families
  • A passion for providing the best possible care
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
