Certified Nursing Assistant (6 hours per week)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant 1099 Independent Contractor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care
• Auxiliary with personal hygiene and meal preparation
• Assist with mobility
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Caregiver with a compassionate and professional demeanor, safe working knowledge of client-based equipment
• Pass a criminal background check and provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers
• CNA Certification required

Pay

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
