Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as a primary caregiver for residents, supporting all activities of daily living.
• Maintain patient stability by monitoring weight, vitals, input, and output, and administering tests.
• Communicate any changes in resident status to the nursing team.
• Document actions through forms, reports, and logs.

Requirements

• Experience in long-term care or a strong commitment to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Treatment of residents with care, compassion, and respect.
• Patient and adaptable team player with the ability to adapt to change.
• Effective communication skills with both residents and the nursing team.
• Adherence to our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences.

Qualifications

Pay

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11am, and 11pm-7am.
