Certified Nursing Aide

About the role

We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time CNA's to join our skilled nursing clinical team. We currently have openings for 6:30 AM-3:00 PM, and 3:00 PM-11:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Give treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
• Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfer, transport and escort residents as needed.
• Change bed linens, make beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
• Works as a member of the team.
• Gets along well with co-workers.
• Accepts change in a positive manner.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a State approved geriatric nursing assistant training program.
• Prior geriatric or Long Term Care (LTC) nursing aide experience is preferred.
• Registration with State registry required.
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR).
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.

Pay

The starting pay rate for this position is $18/hr plus Shift Differential: $4/hr for Weekday Evenings and Nights, and $6/hr for all weekend shifts!
