Certified Nursing Aide

Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 173-bed long-term care facility in the Philadelphia suburb of Willow Grove, PA, is seeking to hire compassionate Certified Nursing Aides. Full Time & Part Time schedules are available.

Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license in the state of PA upon hire
• Have experience in the long term care setting or the drive to work in a fast paced environment
• Treat each resident with care, compassion, and respect
• Are patient team players with the ability to adapt easily to change
• Communicate effectively with the residents you care for as well as the nursing team
• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve a vital role on our nursing team by acting as our residents' main care giver by providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
• Maintain patient stability: monitor weight and vitals as well as input and output and administer tests
• Communicate any observations in change of resident's status to the nursing team
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs
