Certified Nurse Practitioner
About the role
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Aspire Health and Community Services provides high-quality, patient-centered mental health care in an outpatient setting. This role involves conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulating treatment plans, prescribing and managing psychotropic medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support clients' mental wellness and recovery.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Masters in Psychiatric Nursing from an ANA accredited School of Nursing
- Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Nursing
- Registration with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Public Health in accordance with MGL C. 94C
- DEA # showing registration with the US Federal Drug Enforcement Administration
- Medicare Provider Clozaril Certification (strongly preferred)
- Extensive work/training (3-5 years) in a behavioral healthcare setting
- Experience working in inpatient psychiatry (preferred)
- Experience prescribing for adults (required)
- Experience prescribing for both adults and children (preferred)
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of psychopharmacology-therapeutics beyond generic nursing education

Pay
Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Salary Range $140,700 - $182,900 USD
Schedule
In-person, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday days (some on-call responsibilities)
