Certified Nurse Assistant I-General Med/Surg 4

Full-time night shift position in Med/Surg 4 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, offering a supportive team environment with low turnover and compassionate leadership.

Schedule

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, full-time night shift
• Shift differential included for night hours

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• One year of experience preferred (required for Assisted Living facilities in long-term care or assisted living)
• Completion of NAI program and listing with the nurse aide registry as an NA I required
• Medication Safety - AME required
• NC state-approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility-specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units

Skills

• Basic computer skills for documentation (preferred)
