Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Full-Time, Day Shift

About the Role

Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to work in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the CNA applies a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans, ensuring the needs of patients are met.

The CNA performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
