Schedule

  • Days: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • Evenings: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
  • Nights: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am
  • Rotation schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off

Pay

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

  • Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
  • Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care
  • Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding
  • Assist residents with range-of-motion exercises
  • Provide personal care and comfort, including movement to wheelchair or activity areas
  • Assist residents with ambulation for short distances within the facility
  • Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, and food/fluid intake and output
  • Provide direct and indirect resident care services
  • Meet the communication needs of residents and their families
  • Communicate changes in residents’ clinical condition to the nursing team
  • Perform other assigned tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid certification as a CNA in the state of Oklahoma (must pass state-issued exam)
  • Six months of experience in a long-term care environment preferred
  • Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
  • Effective communication with residents, families, and staff
  • Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
