Schedule
- Days: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Evenings: 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
- Nights: 10:30 pm - 7:00 am
- Rotation schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off
Pay
- Competitive pay based on experience
- $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Responsibilities
- Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
- Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care
- Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding
- Assist residents with range-of-motion exercises
- Provide personal care and comfort, including movement to wheelchair or activity areas
- Assist residents with ambulation for short distances within the facility
- Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, and food/fluid intake and output
- Provide direct and indirect resident care services
- Meet the communication needs of residents and their families
- Communicate changes in residents’ clinical condition to the nursing team
- Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid certification as a CNA in the state of Oklahoma (must pass state-issued exam)
- Six months of experience in a long-term care environment preferred
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Effective communication with residents, families, and staff
- Must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
