About the role
Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in their homes as a Certified Nurse Assistant in home healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Daily Living Activities such as ambulation, personal care, exercise, homemaker tasks, and dietary needs.
- Report changes in client condition and complete documentation to ensure quality care and client safety.
- Deliver personalized care and support client independence.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to background check requirements including criminal, driving, and health screenings.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification.
- Valid driver’s license.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
