About the Role
At Las Ventanas, a Human Good Community in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) actively incorporates our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You will develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation. The role involves providing exemplary care to residents, from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities, while creating a safe environment.
Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing and/or designee.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in a CNA program
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred (new graduates are welcome)
Schedule
Full-Time, Night Shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
Pay
$17.50 to $23.25 per hour, dependent on experience (DOE).
