Certified Nurse Assistant

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington, and Waltham, MA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for multiple shifts across several locations, including Concord, Lexington, Bedford, Billerica, Carlisle, Woburn, Weston, and Hanscom AFB.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (required).
• Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
• Heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Competitive pay ranges up to $21.00 per hour depending on shift and assignment; typical salary $18–$21 per hour.
