About the role

CareBuilders at Home - Marietta, GA, is currently seeking a Caregiver to join our team in Kennesaw, GA.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to individuals in need
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Observe and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate parties

Requirements

• Must be certified to work as a caregiver in the State of GA (GA 40-hour Caregiver certification, PCA, or CNA)
• Previous experience as a caregiver is strongly preferred but not required
• Must be able to communicate in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow daily care plans and detailed instructions
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Applicants should be comfortable with varying weekly hours

Pay

Compensation for this role ranges from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling options are available; applicants should be comfortable with varying weekly hours. Shorter client visits may offer a higher hourly rate, while longer shifts may provide more consistent scheduling.
