The Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit implements a team approach, offering physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies, social workers and 24-hour rehabilitation nursing care under the direction of a medical director who specializes in rehabilitation. The unit offers comfortable, spacious rooms designed to maximize each patient's rehabilitation potential. Therapy areas are conveniently located within the unit.
About the Role
Works as a direct patient caregiver under the supervision of professional clinical staff. Responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living, administering medications as directed, and maintaining patient records.
Requirements
- Certification in the State of Colorado following completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant course.
- BCLS required on hire.
- The ability to make appropriate decisions based on fact and knowledge is required.
Qualifications
Middle level education preferred.
