Certified Nurse Aide - up to $28.40 per hour on Nights!

Our Nursing Assistants are more than just caregivers—they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with our patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. Our CNAs are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that help our clinical team recognize potential medical issues. We rely on our Nursing Assistants as a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

Pay

• Starting wage: $19.35 - $23.00 per hour based on years of certification
• Up to $28.40 per hour on Nights
• $3.40 per hour hero pay
• $2.00 per hour shift premium for 3rd Shift
• Yearly wage increases

Schedule

• All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full-time positions available
• 8-hour shifts: Afternoons available
• 12-hour shifts: Nights available

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors
• Provide kind words and encouragement to promote a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including:
  • Bathing and activities of daily living (skin care, preventative and supportive care, mouth care, shaving, dressing)
  • Nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging continued well-being
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team

Requirements

• Completion of an approved nurse assistant training program
• Current CNA Nurse Assistant certification from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care
