Certified Nurse Aide - Per Diem, 1st and 3rd Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to deliver quality, resident-focused care for elder sisters in a convent setting. Provide direct care including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transportation, and restorative activities. Support a warm, caring environment that promotes meaningful interactions and teamwork among departments.

Responsibilities

• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to meet residents' ongoing needs according to established standards.
• Work various shifts, including day and night, with flexibility for additional hours.
• Contribute to a supportive environment that upholds the religious and personal well-being of residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current or lapsed CNA certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in long-term or home care is advantageous.
