Our Nursing Assistants are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that help our clinical team recognize potential medical issues. Pay

Starting wage: $19.50 per hour plus $3.40 per hour hero pay (up to $22.90 per hour to start). Yearly wage increases included.

Schedule

We can work with your scheduling needs. 8-hour shifts available—all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays. Part-time or full-time positions available.

• 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors through kind words and encouragement, fostering a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans as a guide, including bathing and activities of daily living such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs (temperature, pulse, respiration), catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team as necessary.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved nurse aide training program and passing of the certification test.
• Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Michigan (required).
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
