Certified Nurse Aide CNA - Days

As a key part of our clinical team, CNAs help identify changes in mood or behavior that may signal medical concerns.

Pay

$22.40 per hour starting wage, including:

• $17.50 base pay
• $3.40 per hour hero pay
• $1.00–$1.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts
• Yearly wage increases

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts available
• All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Day and night shifts needed
• 1:14 patient ratio

Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including:
• Bathing and activities of daily living (skin care, mouth care, shaving, dressing)
• Nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging patient well-being
• Observe and report significant changes in patient routine or condition to the nursing team
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors

Requirements

• Completion of an approved Nurse Assistant training program
• Current CNA certification from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate, innovative care
• Team-oriented mindset with dedication to supporting colleagues
