Certified Medication Technician - Memory Support

Job Summary

The Mansion at Rosemont, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as “Best of Senior Living” 2022-23, is hiring a Full-Time Certified Medication Technician to join our memory support team!

About the role

We are located on The Main Line and provide a beautiful, historic campus. The Med Tech is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care". Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents' daily life rhythm. Develops assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provides resident care, including administering medications and documenting each treatment
• Maintain communication with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, and residents' families concerning resident care
• Prepares shift reports
• Promotes and protects the rights of each resident

Requirements

• Absolutely current Med Tech certification is a plus
• Absolutely current CPR certification is a plus
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care
• Experience with memory care

Benefits

• Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with weekend and holiday rotation
• $20.00 - $21.00/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential on weekends
