Certified Medication Technician (CMT)

Job Summary

Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team. As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician under the supervision of the Licensed Nurse
• Monitor and record the condition of residents, including vital signs and medication administration
• Assist with resident care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff

Requirements

• Current certification as a Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, bend, and move confidential records and equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Caring attitude towards residents
